Leadership Competency Training Course

The "HPC Leadership Competency Training Course" calls for participants who aspire to enhance their lead-
ership competency to further advance their professional careers at international organizations. The 5-day train-
ing course in Hiroshima, Japan, is designed to enhance their knowledge and skills, focusing on Leadership
and other related competencies such as Communication, Negotiation, and Management within international
organizations.

1. Duration
January 6 (Mon.) – 10 (Fri.), 2025
(social gathering and cultural event in the evening of January 5, 2025)
2. Venue
Hotel in Hiroshima, Japan
3. Accommodation
Arranged at the Hotel in Hiroshima, Japan (6 nights from January 5, 2025)
4. Participation Fees
2,000 USD including accommodation fees for 6 nights (No coverage of their own travel).
5. Qualifications
Selected participants will have:
(1) An intention to further advance their career at the UN and other international organizations. Work expe-
rience at international organizations in fields related to peace and security, development, and humanitarian
aid is favorable.
(2) Fluency in spoken and written English.
(3) Full attendance at the training.
6. Number of Participants to be Admitted
About 16 Participants (no limitation of nationalities)
