- Van Hall Larenstein, University of applied Sciences, Velp, the Netherlands is ranked first as sustainable university and promote sustainable education mainly agricultural and rural development studies to the International mid-career professionals. The main activity is to strengthen the mid-career professionals to understand the rural development theories and make food value chains more understandable by introducing climate smart agriculture and other significant SGD's goals to improve the food quality and quantity. This will promote the development by educating Japanese students to understand the European studies especially the Netherlands approach which is world second largest food exporter.
