Position Type: Full-time staff
Work Hours: 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
Report to: Associate Dean, Enrollment Management

Overview of Position:
The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for the review and processing of admissions and scholarship procedures, and the maintenance and updating of student records

Job Description:
● Review, process and file admission and scholarship documentation submitted by the applicants from various countries
● Communicate with other offices of TUJ and the main campus to ensure a regular flow of documents processing/data tracking/policies and updating of regulations
● Maintain and update records for new students and generate reports for administration
● Support other functions of enrollment management, providing student data and making phone calls for registering continuing students

語学力: 英語; Bilingual in English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
類似業務経験年数: At least three years of work experience (but not limited to the education field)
