- TUJ Academic English Program (AEP) is seeking an academic coordinator to develop and run the client-based programs and the evening and weekend courses.
This special programs academic coordinator will help the AEP develop and run the client-based programs (SP) and the evening and weekend courses (EW). For client-based programs, the special programs academic coordinator will work closely with the AEP director and the special programs administrative coordinator, as well as the clients (educational institutions and research institutes), to design and develop programs according to the clients’ needs, and support and supervise instructors and teaching assistants to ensure the programs run smoothly. The special programs academic coordinator will travel to off-site locations as needed, and will also promote the programs to potential clients with the director and the administrative coordinator. The special programs academic coordinator will also help the AEP improve the curriculum and design new courses for the evening and weekend courses, and work with staff to ensure the courses run smoothly. - 職種

- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- 補足学歴
- Master's degree or higher
- 類似業務経験年数
- Minimal 3 ~ 5 years of work experience in related fields preferable.

- - Knowledge of both the Japanese and American education systems
- Experience in teaching English and/or designing curricula for ESL
- Knowledge of standardized tests (e.g. TOEFL) is preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Team player with effective communication skills
