ADBの高度技術信託基金（High-Level Technology Fund)の運営・管理を補佐する業務です。

(Objective and Purpose of the Assignment)
Report to the High-Level Technology (HLT) Fund Manager and assist the team to promote the utilization of the Fund.

(Scope of Work)
1. Identify promising high-level technologies available in Japan, and prepare and disseminate such information to ADB staff using various communication tools.

2. Create promotion and media contents for HLT Fund project in both English and Japanese.

3. Disseminate HLT Fund project information to both internal and external stakeholders,

4. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in exploring business opportunities. 

(Detailed Tasks and/ or Expected Output)
1. Identify promising high-level technologies available in Japan, and prepare and disseminate such information to ADB staff using web-based newsletters (e.g., ADB Today, department newsletters), social media networks (e.g., Facebook, Yammer, LinkedIn, blog, video clip), and sector and thematic group (STG) communication platforms, etc. 

2. Disseminate information and progress on the HLT Fund to wider external public stakeholders using social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Development Asia), brochures, and video clips, both in English and Japanese

3. Coordinate with relevant departments and units (including Japan Representative Office, STGs, knowledge management and learning unit, operations departments, and Department of External Relations) and external stakeholders in promoting the utilization of the HLT Fund 

4. Assist the HLT Fund Manager and the team in managing the fund as needed
