(1）頂きたいアドバイス

　　　以下の原材料から以下の製品を製造するためのフロー　

　　チャート（工程表）作成のアドバイス。

⇒該当する原材料：

      葉野菜と根菜、果物-食用キノコ、ソースグレイン

⇒加工により製造される製品

・日本の食品品質管理基準に沿ったクリーム、ペースト、ジュース、ピューレ、ゼリー、機能性食品/栄養補助食品、および化粧品。    

Advice that we would like to get.

(1) Advice for (making) the flow chart for producing to the following products from the following raw materials.

・The relevant raw material :

     Leaves and root vegetables, fruits-edible mushrooms, sauce grains

⇒  The product to be produced by processing

・ Creams, pastes, juices, purees, jellies, functional foods /

    dietary supplements, and cosmetic products that meet

    Japanese food quality control standards.

（2）加工ライン設備その他の関連設備に関するアドバイス、および上記製品の加工ラインの設計案作成に関するアドバイス。

このプロジェクトに関するアドバイスの参考情報として、IDIは製品の50％を輸出用（日本市場向け）、製品の50％を国内市場向けとすることを目標としています、又、計画している処理能力は1製品あたり2MT /時間です。

(2) Advice for processing line equipment, other relevant equipment, and advise for creating design draft for the processing line of the above products.

As reference information for your advice on this project, IDI is targeting 50% of the products for export (for the Japanese market) and 50% for the domestic market, and the designed processing capacity is 2 MT / hour / each product.

（3）原材料の野菜-果物-種子-穀物はベトナム産を使います。
