ERM Japan was established in 1999 and has developed a strong presence and reputation in the provision of environmental and safety services over the past 20 years. Our fully staffed office of with over 60 bilingual professionals who are familiar with local and international requirements and have strong environmental and health and safety technical and regulatory knowledge are based out of Yokohama.
Responsibilities
Act as a Senior Consultant in the Technical Risk & Safety consulting projects, which include but not limited to:- Health and Safety Compliance Audits;
- Process Safety Management Systems Review;
- Health and Safety Management Systems Review;
- Safety Culture Improvement Activities;
- Hazard and Risk Identification and Assessment;
- Classroom Safety Training and Field Coaching
- Safety Cultural Surveys; and
- Workshop Facilitation

- 技術資格
Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering/Science or other Engineering Fields
- Engineering/Science or related experience within industry or consulting
- Experience in construction sectors advantageous.
- Proactive and fast learner, excellent communication skills and good team worker
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Fluent in Japanese and English is a must.
