Institute of Environmental Rehabilitation and Conservation (ERECON) is seeking a dedicated and professional “Program Coordinator” to join our institute in promoting extension programs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Location: Machida, Tokyo. Includes international business trips and long-term overseas assignments.

- Working Hours: Flex-time system (7 working hours between 08:00 and 18:00 (Break: 12:00 – 13:00)) * Applicable when working at Headquarters Example shift: 09:00 – 17:00 (Break: 12:00 – 13:00)

- 必要な業務経験・能力
Qualifications & Requirements
1)Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Japanese (capable of handling business-level communication and document preparation).2)Experience: Experience in domestic or international volunteer activities. A strong passion for international development cooperation and climate change mitigation.
3)Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4)IT Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5)Health: Good physical and mental health.
6)Preferred: Prior professional experience in the private sector or relevant organizations.
7)Preferred: Candidates holding a Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
8)Membership: Full-time staff are required to become Regular Members of the Institute (Admission fee is waived).
