- Despite a difficult economic and political environment, in 2014 the EBRD increased its total annual investment to €8.9 billion and signed 377 projects across more than 30 emerging economies. These projects cemented the Bank’s reputation as a reliable partner in times of need and produced a major contribution to the transition process, which is vital for sustainable long-term growth.
