- 業務内容
This position is located in the Civil Military Coordination Service, Response Support Branch, Coordination Division, Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Humanitarian Affairs Officer/Civil Military Coordination reports to the Senior Humanitarian Affairs Officer, Operations and Field Support Unit, Civil Military Coordination Service.
The Humanitarian Affairs Officer/Civil Military Coordination will be responsible for serving as a senior operations, policy or training officer focusing on Humanitarian Civil-Military Coordination; preparing policy position papers for review; monitoring/analyzing/reporting on UN Civil Military Coordination developments, disaster relief/management programmes or emergency situations in assigned country/area; etc. For more details, please refer to https://bit.ly/3Di33wg

- French and English are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the position advertised, fluency in English (both oral and written) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable. Knowledge of another UN official language is desirable.

- 修士以上
- 技術資格
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in political science, social science, public administration, international studies, economics, engineering, earth sciences or a related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying an additional two years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
