- 業務内容
- Oversight of implementation of yearly plans of Social Development Program (SDP).
- Support SDP team in reviewing, planning and expansion of program plans.
- Develop a 3 year strategy for SDP in line with SDP goal & CWS-P/A strategy.
- Defining SDPs development model (based on an integrated approach) based on intervention benchmarks/indicators.
- Expansion of SDP in Afghanistan.
- Staff recruitment, training & management.
- Reporting, networking and liaison with donors.
- Represent CWS-P/A at national/international level.
- Fundraising & donor relations.
- Staff development of SDP.

The Associate Director is required to adhere to the Codes of Conduct practised by CWS-P/A and its commitment to the Humanitarian Accountability Framework (HAF).
